Planning to book Empress Huse Beauty on the go? This consultation is required for clients seeking on-location luxury hair services, including weddings, events, extended appointments, or VIP sessions at your preferred location. We'll discuss: Desired services + estimated duration Travel distance + setup requirements Location access (parking, lighting, space, etc.) Custom pricing and deposit requirements Travel fees, accommodations (if applicable), and minimum booking total ✨ Ideal for bridal parties, special occasions, or concierge haircare ⚠️ A non-refundable consultation fee may apply and will go toward your final balance if booked. ⚠️ All travel appointments require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date.
Cancellation Policy
You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com. --There is a 15 minute grace period. **Failure to Provide Timely Notice** --Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them. A $10 dollar late fee and/or reduction in the time allocated. --Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee --Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less will be charged 25% of the service total. --If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
