SALON POLICIES

1. Bookings

  • Be prepared to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, this amount will be deducted from your total amount.
    **Deposits can only be transferred once (1) to reschedule appointments within the same month, but are not refundable.
    **If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional deposit to book a new date.

  • IF YOU ARE SICK STAY HOME! RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT 

  • Squeeze-In/Same-day Appointments $50 fee

  • Appointment outside of business hours $50 fee 

  • Holiday $100 fee

  • Travel services are available, fill out a request form and book a travel consult. 

  •  Arrive at your appointment with detangled hair. If detangling is required beyond a light comb through and requires additional time, an additional fee will apply.
  • Add-ons must be applied during time of booking to guarantee allotted time for service 

2. Consultations

  • A consultation is required for all hair extensions and chemical services. Virtual consultation is available. A consultation must be scheduled prior to setting your appointment. During the consultation, be prepared to pay a non-refundable deposit, This amount will be deducted from your total amount. 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 

  • You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com.

  • **Failure to Provide Timely Notice**

    • Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee

    • Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less will be charged 25% of the service total.

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrival Policy 

  • There is a 15 minute grace period. 

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: 

    • ​Rescheduling your appointment (to avoid affecting other client services).

    • A $10 late fee added to your service total.

    • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them.

    • A reduction in the time allocated for your service to maintain the schedule for other clients. 

4. Payment: Remainder balance due in, exact cash, tap pay (debit/credit), Venmo, Zelle
