Local Travel: Starting at $40 

Out-of-State or Overnight: Custom quote required

Minimum Booking: $100

Receive a custom quote + timeline

Submit 50% deposit to secure the appointment

Sign the Travel Service Agreement

Final balance due 30 Days before your service date. For local travel final balance due at the time of service.

Clean, safe, and accessible work area is required (with power + lighting)

Parking must be available or reimbursed

Additional charges apply for early hours, holidays, or same-day requests

Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable

When to Book Your Travel Appointment:

Local Travel Services:
Book at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance.

Major Events:
Book 12 weeks (3 months) in advance to allow time for consultation, trial runs (if needed), contract finalization, and logistics like travel or hotel coordination.

Out-of-State / Overnight Travel:
Book 12 weeks (3 months) in advance. Earlier is better to secure accommodations, flights, and prep customized services.

Late Travel Appointment Request:
May be accepted based on availability and will incur a rush fee (typically $250+).
