Service Description
The Traditional Sew-In is a classic protective style that offers natural-looking length and volume while leaving minimal leave-out for a seamless blend with your natural hair. This service includes: Scalp cleanse & hydrating shampoo. Moisturizing conditioner or treatment to prep and protect your natural hair. Protective braid-down foundation. Net application. Sew-in install with detailed weft placement, Leave-out blending for a natural finish. Light shaping or trim for a flawless finish. Hair is not included, but premium bundles can be provided upon request. Recommended maintenance: Tightening and styling every 3–4 weeks; removal or reinstall every 6–8 weeks to protect your natural hair.
Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings: Be prepared to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer, this amount will be deducted from your total amount. **Retainers can only be transferred once (1) to reschedule appointments within the same month, but are not refundable. **If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional retainer to book a new date. 2. Arrive at your appointment with detangled hair. If detangling is required beyond a light comb through and requires additional time, an additional fee will apply. --If excess dandruff, buildup, or residue is present at the time of your appointment, a professional scalp treatment will be required before beginning your service. This treatment will incur an additional charge, which will be added to your final service total. -- Add-ons must be applied during time of booking to guarantee allotted time for service 3. Cancellation; Reschedule and Late Policy: You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com. --There is a 15 minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: Rescheduling your appointment; $25 late fee added to your service total and/or a reduction in the time allocated. **Failure to Provide Timely Notice** --Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee --Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less and No-shows will be charged 25% of the service total. --If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking. --Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them.
