Service Description
For returning clients only. A move-up is necessary every 4–8 weeks to maintain the health of your natural hair and the longevity of your extensions. ✨Dry service ✨ Repositioning of wefts closer to the scalp ✨ Styling Please Note: -Shampoo available add-on -Price varies based on how many rows. -Extensions must be in good, reusable condition -Hair must be detangled at time of appointment -Move-ups scheduled beyond 10 weeks may require a full removal & reinstall
Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation and Booking: A consultation is required for all hair extension services. Virtual consultation is available. A consultation must be scheduled prior to setting your appointment. During the consultation, be prepared to pay a non-refundable retainer, this amount will be deducted from your total amount. **Retainers can only be transferred once (1) to reschedule appointments within the same month, but are not refundable. **If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional retainer to book a new date. 2. Cancellation; Reschedule and Late Policy: You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com. --There is a 15 minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: Rescheduling your appointment; $25 late fee added to your service total and/or a reduction in the time allocated. **Failure to Provide Timely Notice** --Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee --Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and No-shows will be charged 25% of the service total. --If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking. --Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them. 3. Hair extension services involve adhesives, beads, bonds, or heating tools. Empress Huse Beauty is not liable for damage caused by improper at-home care, delayed maintenance, or use of non-recommended products/tools. Clients will receive extension care instructions after installation. Following this regimen is required to maintain the integrity of both natural hair and extensions. **Hair Included: All extension services include high-quality hair provided by Empress Huse Beauty. **All extension sales and custom hair orders are final 4. A signed Hair Extension Waiver is required prior to installation * --Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of your appointment.
