This service includes: Shampoo & conditioner, Protective styling for up to 4 weeks Defined, wearable twists without added hair Note: Hair must be detangled prior to appointment or an additional detangling fee may apply. - Add-On Available: Take-Down Service: If you’re returning for removal of a previous braid/twist style, can be added during booking.
Cancellation Policy
You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com. --There is a 15 minute grace period. **Failure to Provide Timely Notice** --Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them. A $10 dollar late fee and/or reduction in the time allocated. --Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee --Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less will be charged 25% of the service total. --If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
