Service Description
Let’s create a custom color plan that protects your hair’s integrity and delivers your dream result. During this consultation, we’ll assess your hair’s current condition, discuss your color goals, and determine the best technique and maintenance plan for you. Includes: Hair + scalp analysis, test strand, color history, goal discussion, method + process recommendation, maintenance expectations and pricing estimate. ⚠️ Arrive to appointment with clean dry hair ⚠️ Zoom option available ⚠️ Required for new clients before booking any color service. ⚠️ Photos and good lighting are required for virtual consultations.
Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation and Bookings: Be prepared to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer, this amount will be deducted from your total amount. **Retainers can only be transferred once (1) to reschedule appointments within the same month, but are not refundable. **If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the original month, you will be required to pay an additional retainer to book a new date. **Consultations for Keratin Smoothing Treatments are done at initial service. **Haircolor consults are required prior to initial service. Retainer due during consult. **Remainder balance due in exact cash, tap pay (debit/credit), Zelle, Venmo. No cash app or Apple Pay! 2. Arrive at your appointment with detangled hair. If detangling is required beyond a light comb through and requires additional time, an additional fee will apply. -- Add-ons must be applied during time of booking to guarantee allotted time for service 3. Cancellation; Reschedule and Late Policy: You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before start time online or contact directly at 608.618.6590 or empresshusesalon@gmail.com. --There is a 15 minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the following: Rescheduling your appointment; $25 late fee added to your service total and/or a reduction in the time allocated. **Failure to Provide Timely Notice** --Late Rescheduling will result in a $25 additional fee --Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less and No-shows will be charged 25% of the service total. --If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be banned from booking. --Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them. 4. A signed Chemical Services Waiver is required prior to service. Empress Huse Beauty is not liable for damage that results from undisclosed previous services, at-home chemical use, or improper aftercare. 5.Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours of service.
